Monday through Friday only. No weekend deliveries.
Shipments will be accepted between 8am to 12pm (Pacific Time).
 

1. Materials should be delivered to Creative Project Managers no later than Friday, October 23, 2009 (12pm Pacific Time). There is no guarantee late deliveries will be transported to the venue.

2. Please do not assume your shipment was delivered to Creative Project Managers. Confirm and track all shipments with your vendor (FedEx and UPS are recommended).

3. Follow this caveat: “If you can’t lift it, don’t send it.”

 

4. Label each box with "UCLA Grad Fair."

5. Label each box with your school's name and department. If the box is not labeled, we won't know which table to deliver your boxes.

6. No more than 3 boxes please.

The fair starts at 11am Pacific Time, so please arrive between 10-10:30am.  Allow 20 minutes to park and walk to the Ballroom.

 

There will be free coffee beginning at 9am.  If you would like to purchase breakfast, other beverages, or snacks, there are numerous food service options on the A and 1 Levels. A free boxed lunch for  all recruiters will be available beginning at 11:30am.

If you would like us to ship your box after the fair, you must use FedEx or UPS and attach a brand new completed shipping label. You must list your own account number as the one paying the shipping bill. Otherwise, we will not ship it for you. Please leave the box in the southeast corner of Ackerman Ballroom. It will be picked up at 3:30pm (Pacific Time). Do not expect overnight delivery. It could take several days before it arrives at the destination.

A parking permit for $10 can be purchased at any of the Parking Info booths on campus. Please park in structures 6, 8, or 7 (see map below). More details are found in the UCLA Transportation Services web site and in their parking map.

UCLA is located in Westwood, approximately ten miles north of the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Traffic can be unpredictable so give yourself plenty of time to drive safely and get here with time to spare. For driving directions, go to this UCLA website.

The Ackerman Ballroom is located in the Ackerman Union Building (see below). Please take the elevator to level two to the Ackerman Ballroom and bring your UCLA map with you to help keep you on track (PDF).
