As an Executive Team Leader in stores you will be involved with team member management, store leadership, and civic and community activities. We’re looking for students who are team thinkers, good communicators, assertive, and leaders among peers. Our Executive Team Leader goes through training designed to build an understand of store operations, merchandising, guest services, and team leadership.
As an Executive Intern – you will enroll in a 10-week paid program that gives you an overview of Target Stores Operations and company programs, while strengthening your leadership skills. We are looking for Sophomores or Juniors to enroll in our program.
